Soft booking (important)
Freedom Trips does not collect payment on this website. Requesting a quote or “booking” a package online submits an inquiry only. Nothing is reserved or charged until you approve a written plan and complete payment with us or the supplier through an agreed method outside this Site.
“From” prices
- Prices shown are estimates per person unless otherwise stated
- They exclude optional excursions, travel insurance, and fees that suppliers add later
- Taxes, resort fees, and airfare (when not included) may be extra
- Your personal quote replaces any website price
Quotes & confirmation
- You submit dates, travelers, and preferences
- We reply with a proposed itinerary and estimated cost
- After you approve, we outline deposit, balance due dates, and supplier terms
- Status in our admin system (Pending / Confirmed / Cancelled) tracks inquiry progress — Confirmed means we are proceeding with your approved plan, not that a card was charged on this Site
Deposits & final payment
When a trip moves forward, deposit and final payment rules follow the hotels, cruise lines, airlines, or tour operators involved. We will state those amounts and deadlines in writing before you commit.
Cancellations & changes
- Inquiry stage: you may cancel an inquiry anytime at no charge by emailing us
- After supplier booking: cancellation fees, change fees, and refunds are set by each supplier and will be disclosed before purchase
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended; we can discuss options when planning
Force majeure
Weather, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other events beyond our control may disrupt travel. Remedies then follow supplier and insurance policies.
