By using https://freedomtrips.site (“Site”), you agree to these Terms with Freedom Trips (“Freedom Trips”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What we offer
Freedom Trips is a luxury travel concierge. The Site shows sample packages and lets you request a custom itinerary. We plan leisure travel such as beach resorts, cruises, Europe tours, national parks, and family trips.
Soft booking — no online payment
Forms on this Site create an inquiry only. Submitting a form does not create a paid reservation and does not charge your card. Any confirmed booking is arranged separately after we contact you and you approve costs, suppliers, and dates. See Travel Policies for pricing and cancellation details.
Accuracy of content
Package descriptions, photos, durations, and “from” prices are illustrative starting points. Availability, hotel names, and rates can change. Final details appear only in a written quote or confirmation we send you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and travel information
- Review passports, visas, health, and insurance requirements for your destinations
- Do not misuse the Site (spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt service)
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and layout are owned by Freedom Trips or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Third-party links & tools
The Site may link to third parties or load analytics/ads scripts when configured. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Freedom Trips is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use or reliance on sample package content. Supplier services (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, parks) are governed by those suppliers’ own terms once a trip is booked.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Freedom Trips primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
